Flexible staff, air-conditioned room, in general I liked this lovely hotel. The location was excellent and good, walking distance to parks and palm trees. A lot of options nearby, I visited bars and cafés walking distance to the property. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Coolum Beach.

The room was freshly renovated, air-conditioned with extra large main bedroom and the balcony, for example, I was pleased. The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning close to everything on the Sunshine Coast. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Tandoori Flames that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Absolutely great beachside hotel with excellent value, we had a perfectly pleasant stay. The location was excellent for exploring this well kept area, just off the bus to Noosa, and the local pub, shops and surf club.

The staff were easygoing and check-in was early. The beach bar was superb, liked this place.

We liked this beach club hotel, no complaints. Great location close to everything was a plus. What's more, it was near to the internal pathway, the coast and supermarket and restaurants.

Great and lovely hotel with particularly nice views of gardens, excellent place for vacations. Freshly renovated, nice styled room with a lovely bed. The location was magnificent, staff was easygoing! Enjoyable overall experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Coolum At The Beach. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with quality appliances. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils and plates, making cooking a breeze. I also appreciated having the option of air conditioning or ceiling fans in all rooms of the apartment. The location was excellent, with the beach and amenities close by. The grounds of the complex were well-maintained, and the pools were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the space and amenities including balcony in the apartment, its cleanliness , its proximity to areas we wanted to visit and the coast. It was really quiet and private and the gardens are beautiful. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Our 3 days at Coolum @ the Beach were a wonderful conclusion to our holiday in Queensland. thanks so much

We had a very comfortable stay at a conveniently located apartment. The pools were well maintained and the private area to store beach gear was a useful addition. The apartment itself was clean and provided all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The best part was the great location, with Coles and Dan Murphy's just across the road, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed.

Paid $10 for internet that I thought would be for 2 hours over the whole wee but found out was to be used in one sitting. No one explained this to us and offered no reimbursement when we only used it for a couple of minutes. Out flights got cancelled both ways and as we had to go to work on the Monday we decided to break the journey up and leave on the Sat instead of the Sun because it is a 14 hour drive but no compensation offered.

All the staff was efficient and excellent, tackled my issues. The hotel was set in a very central area near Beaches, Restaurants, Clubs Shopping centre, excellent bus service up-and-down the coast, the shops and the Sunshine Coast.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just across from the beach and with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pools were fantastic, especially the lap pool which was a highlight for me. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back again.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The unit was a great size for the family and very close to the beach and shops.

Our room was a ground floor unit and was a little dark.
